What Jointly does

Jointly provides family-law education and digital tools that let Canadian couples create an agreement together: a prenuptial agreement (before marriage), a cohabitation agreement (living together, unmarried), or a postnuptial agreement (already married). The process is Learn, Discuss, Build, Sign: a free plain-language course on the law in your province, guided disclosure and decision worksheets, a questionnaire-driven builder that assembles the agreement from lawyer-drafted clauses for your province, and clear signing instructions. Jointly recommends independent legal advice before signing, and does not store completed agreements.

What Jointly is not
